Our history
Rooted in the heart of Dubuque
Plaza 20 Incorporated was founded in 1960 by a group of local business leaders. Marvin J. Kahle joined the group in 1963 and became the sole shareholder in 1978.
Today, Plaza 20 is owned and operated by the second generation of the Kahle family. The center has grown into a familiar everyday destination for shopping, services, dining, and connection.
